It's no secret that my coffee, chai, fun drink obsession is exactly that. If you're here, I'm guessing we're the same. If this is news to you, you're about to end up down the rabbit hole that is, in my mind, I have tried enough chai in my lifetime to be some kind of aficionado. Self proclaimed of course. Anyways, enough about me. I'm here to tell you about the chai concentrate (LEX FOR $$ OFF) that has had me by the throat.
If I didn't just make you run for your life after considering that I'm in some ridiculous love affair with my chai, I like you. I'm glad you're here. And for that, I'm going to share what I consider to be the perfectly crafted Iced Pumpkin Spice Chai. With my NUMBER ONE. My RIDE OR DIE. From my favorite chai and tea brand, Harney & Sons.

First things first, we don't craft fun drinks without fun glassware. If that means you need to run to your local Goodwill to get the perfect cup, wine glass, or whatever suits your aesthetic, I'll wait.
Next, this CAN be done without the Vegan Pumpkin Spice Syrup. However, I'm encouraging you to try it because I think it's a top tier start to spooky szn. And as much as I'd love to take credit for this perfect vegan syrup, I can't. But, I will link my video tagging who did and going through it step by step. If you're someone who isn't into pumpkin (?!??!?) or you just want a different flavor, make sure you have it on deck. Okay, enough pre-requisites, it's go time.

What You Need:
Glassware
3/4 cup Oat Milk (i.e. Oatly)
1/2 cup Harney Chai Concentrate
1/2 tbsp Vegan Pumpkin Spice Syrup
Ice cube(s)
Non-Dairy Pumpkin Spice Whip (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
Cinnamon Sticks (optional)
Directions (simplified):
Add oat milk, chai, syrup and stir.
Add in ice.
Top with whip and cinnamon.
Add a cinnamon stick or the rest of the cinnamon bottle for good measure.
Sip away.

I hope you enjoy this sipper as much as I do. I feel like I've found the needle in the metaphorical haystack being the chai of the world. If you end up trying it and sharing, tag me so I can see. Til the next obsession.
